Case Study: Tribeca Festival
The Opportunity: When Stephanie Bishop joined Tribeca Festival as a volunteer in 2014, the VIP program was limited in scope. She saw the need to extend concierge-level care to the festival’s most important individuals - founders, talent, investors, partners, sponsors, C-suite executives, and ownership.
Our Role: Building on the existing VIP ticket framework, Stephanie expanded the program into a comprehensive VIP Concierge service. Now, Chantal Levoi has become the festival’s dedicated concierge team, serving not just VIP passholders but also founders, ownership, celebrity talent, investors, and C-suite executives.
We oversee every touchpoint of the VIP journey, including:
Ticketing & Access: Elevating the passholder program into a seamless, high-touch system that includes curated $5K–$25K VIP tiers generating new revenue streams.
Event/Red Carpet Flow: Managing arrivals, ticketing and seating for 20,000+ premium guests across 22 premieres.
After-Party Access: Coordinating easy entry for investors, donors, and celebrities to high-demand and private events.
Front-of-House Hospitality: Training and leading a dedicated Concierge team embody precision and discretion at every guest interaction.
