Tribeca Festival — VIP Concierge & Revenue Optimization

Our Role
Building on the existing VIP framework, Stephanie Bishop expanded the program into a full VIP Concierge operation. Chantal Levoi now serves as the festival’s dedicated concierge team, supporting VIP passholders, founders, investors, celebrity talent, and C-suite executives.

Scope of work includes:

  • VIP & Ticketing Strategy: Optimized seating flow and allocations, generating an additional $70,000 in ticket revenue through operational redesign.

  • Concierge Program Redesign: Evolved the role from the original Orange Hat team into a fully branded VIP Concierge program (Maroon Hat) with expanded services and elevated guest experience standards.

  • Front-of-House Operations: Recruited and staffed highly qualified teams, improving service quality while reducing staffing inefficiencies and budget strain.

  • Guest Experience & Access: Managing arrivals, seating, and concierge support across premieres, red carpets, and high-demand events.
